Our Renaissance Costume in Black Velvet & BlackWatch Tartan Skirt will be perfect for all your reenactments from the Tudor and Elizabethan era, your theatrical performances, or Renaissance fairs and medieval events.

The basic costume features the black velvet corset with removable sleeves and the Blackwatch plaid pleated skirt. The removable sleeves are attached to the bodice with small velvet ties.

You have four purchase options to complete your costume:

- the basic costume
- the basic costume + the white cotton blouse
- the basic costume + the black linen petticoat
- the basic costume + the blouse and the linen petticoat

|| THE BODICE ||

Our corset has a square neckline but is slightly raised in the center. The corset has a front closure and boning in the back seam and both sides of front opening.
Outer fabric: black synthetic velvet
Bodice Lining: Brown or Black Cotton
Sleeve lining: red cotton.
Bodice Interlining: wool and cotton. The wool can be replaced with linen if you wish so. Please add your preferences to the customization field.

- fabric: polyviscose (250gr/m). 100% wool-free and vegan-friendly.
- 2 panels of tartan, patiently pleated according to the historical fashion
- 3 m span
- long ties on the back and front to attach each panel around your waist

- Color: White
- Fabric: thin organic cotton
- Long Sleeves
- Neckline adjustable with a cotton drawstring for a perfect fit
- Mid-calf Length

|| THE UNDERPETTICOAT ||

- Natural prewashed black linen
- 2 gathered panels of fabric, sewn on both sides
- Long ties on each panel to be wrapped around your waist
- 3 meters span
- 85 cm long

The corset is available in 11 sizes. Double-check your size in the size charts you will find at the end of the photo gallery. If in doubt or between 2 sizes, please get in touch with me, or add your measurements to the customization field.
